  • It's amazing how far-right the parties have lurched. If Ike Eisenhower, a Republican, ran today he'd be considered a Communist by current US political standards. He raised taxes on the rich to 90%, he supported most of the New Deal, he used the military to enforce Civil Rights, he was wary of the military-industrial complex, etc.

As a lefty I actually like him better than JFK who lowered taxes and was cozier with war. Though he was still a damn sight better than Bush and Raygun.

  • You forgot to mention that the F-22 Raptor DOESN'T FLY IN THE RAIN. No shit, it literally doesn't work AT ALL when small droplets of water are thrown at it. And the fact that 40 congress-men voted to KEEP it under all of the circumstances involved here should truly enrage people.

  • @silentm3t4l I didn't even like Jurassic Park.

  • @cr9527 thank you

  • J-20, SU-PAK, will start panic buying of F-22s in the next few years though. By Pentagon, he really means Robert Gates, who hates fighter jocks and wants to build RC toys suitable for propping up 3rd world despots. The perfect way to control us as well someday. If Chinese paratroopers are landing on my front lawn, I don't want MRAPs and drones. I want fucking F-22s and some fucking M1 tanks to blow the shit out of those (insert racial slur hear).

  • @silentm3t4l - You can't be serious . . . why would they build 20 some million dollar planes that rain can render useless? I know the Government is full of unenlightened suckers of Satan's COCK but come on, the military industrial complex has more sense than that . . .

  • @silentm3t4l

F-22 is an ALL weather fighter, rain won't stop it.

  • @sniperwarrior23

Latest model F-15s costs in excess of 100 million flyaway.

F-35 is currently being considered to be cut in half, or completely by the Obama administration. While it is a good plane, it certainly won't cut it for many roles F-22 is designed to play. That is air superiority.

If F-22s were produced in numbers of 500+, the unit cost would've dropped below 100 million.

  • @cr9527 HAHAH WHAT!? F-15 Eagles cost 30 Million per unit dumb ass, F-22s are 150 Mil. I do agree that other countries are trying to replicate our F-22s capabilities but they are at lest 10 years away from commission and will not nearly have the quantities of our 150+ F-22s and the going to be 2000+ F-35s. It seems your forgetting that we are building the F-35 witch are much cheaper and are still far more advanced than any other countries fighters.

  • By reading your brainless comments you might want to take a look at Dr.Seymour Melman's video on youtube (entitled "Jacques Satisky (R.I.P.) & Dr. Seymour Melman (R.I.P.) 05-17-89 Original air date") about the military industrial complex and possible economic conversion and disarmament. Jump to 24:00 for S.Melman.

  • fuck the young turks, fags

    Armenia for life motherfuckers

  • 1. F-22s will be used/needed in a war against any nation with any air defense sophistication. Iran is building up to that.

    2. F-22s are NOT expensive. They are cheap compared to what they can do. 130 Million compared to 80+ for Tiffies, 100+ for eagles.

Expensive? I think not. Also, with a larger number ordered, the production cost will drop to around 80-100 million.

    3. Thus far, we have 3 countries with programs to try counter F-22, and 4 more considering one.

    Good Job!
