In less than 90 seconds the new video highlights the upside-down priorities of Oregons Medicaid system. Lobbying groups have used the political process to push health reform for special-interest causes like substance abuse and weight loss treatment ahead of treatments for some kinds of cancer on the priority list.

Give USA Citizens the same insurance THE crooked politicians have... Give the Crooked Politicians The same INS. they want to give US. LETS see how fast that pass's.
WAY WORSE... I dont need to be careful with my answer.... private health insurance companies are RAPING the citizens of this great country ... WHY ? BECAUSE they can.... there above all anti trust laws that every other business has to follow.... so I ask you ... WHY IS THAT ? I can tell you ... because politicians are involved with BIG payoffs to keep this EVIL system alive....
You just cut your own throat, politically speaking.
In 1960, about 25% of all health care dollars were spent by the gov't, today it's about 48%. In 1960 out-of-pocket expenditures were 46.4%, in 2006 they were 12.2% (it's all gov't or third-party payments).
As the gov't share has grown, as well as the number of people covered under gov-t-run programs, health care has deteriorated.
In addition, the # of mandates that must be covered are now over 2,000.
Dude you cutting your own throat because your not mentioning that fact that private insurance companies USED to spend 98 cents on every dollar towards your health care.... NOW THEY spend about 80 cents per dollar on your health care ... the rest goes to there fun little toys on the back of the American people suffering... YOUR completing ignoring the Anti trust laws that don't apply to private health care AND the monopoly they own... WHY are they above THE LAW!!! Ignore that though right..lol
Keep digging your hole Funky. Health insurance companies deny a smaller % of claim lines than Medicare and they have a profit margin of only 2.2%. Sorry.

Actually, health care companies are subjected to some form of anti-trust laws.
Are you agreeing with the stats I provided you with? The gov't has gotten more involved in health care in the last 50 years. The results are not good.
Dude ... According to the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences, the United States is the "only wealthy, industrialized nation that does not ensure that all citizens have health coverage" 44,800 excess deaths annually in the United States due to Americans lacking health insurance. More money per person is spent on health care in the United States than in any other nation in the world...The USA's life expectancy is ranked 50th in the world.. We should be so proud as a nation
I already addressed the fallacies in that WHO report that listed us at 37th not 50th. A user named JohnDcord made the same assertion.
So, you think the US health care system has gotten worse and at the same time the share of gov't spending has massively increased (as well as mandates) and out-of-pocket spending has plummeted.
I'd say you just refuted your own argument funky. Thanks for the bulletin board material though.
Amazing .... 4 family members on medicare... NEVER denied... 3 family members with private health insurance... PREMIUMS at 1,100 a month for my brother...1,400 a month for my Uncle... and 800 a month for a good friend of mine... WOW MAN.... and guess what ? My bro was just denied a procedure to help with his migraine headaches...AND they even limited the amount of headaches he could have in a month to 6 .. So the insurance company will only pay for 6 migraine pills a month...LOL.. great system

I have a question for you. Do you think the US health care system has gotten better or worse since 1960? Be careful with your answer. Ahahahaha
