For those in other countries, here is a Cuban travel commercial that is common in Canada. It shows scenes from Varadero, Havana - like the Tropicana & Capitolio, etc. Love vacationing there. Viva Cuba! Cuba Si!

Cuban people aren't rich, but their education is brilliant

The person below me mentioned how Cuban people aren't rich. That is an American or obsession in the USA. That is all we think about. Not about having fun or enjoying everything in the best way. Cuba used to be run like that, with American tourists and the mob influencing daily life in the 1950s. Cuba got rid of all those ridiculous casinos and American influence. If you're in Canada, buy some Havana Club cuba rum and stick a finger at the USA.

When you don't have a job and your house is in disrepair, your rations run out before the end of the month, and you depend on a few dollars from family in Miami, you don't see the beauty of the land. Since the demise of the Soviet Union, the quality of life has changed. Castro and his cronies seem to be the only rich Cubans. Why do you think tourism is opening up? May be you need to stop drinking the Havana Club rum.

one thing AMERICANS do not have the the cubans have is that cuba is RICH in culture. yes i know they are poor, they are socialist, they do not drive corvettes they do not have donald trumps. their culture and the island's beauty is simply amazing

Yea Cuba's a delicious paradise, for tourists, but the proper citizens live like shit.....the money coming from tourism goes to Castro and his Communist pigs, I will never return to Cuba until it is free, Viva Cuba Libre!

Hey man! Its great to have someone who knows what I'm talking about. I remember theres these old cuban guys dancing in it and one guy is playing that grated stick instrument. Damn wish I could find it.

@Smood47 - omg - finally someone else looking for the same commercial (I know exactly which one) and I too have been searching, mainly for the song in the background...I can't seem to find it anywhere, Google, etc...I will keep looking and will contact you once I find, please do same.

Hey thanks for the video. There used to be another older cuban commercial with this amazing cuban music and they show a band playing and various cuban scenes like these 2 girls on this see-saw type of toy where they both go back and forth like a see-saw would. I have been trying to find that commercial for years but I don't know where it is, do you have any idea of what I'm talking about? Thanks!!
