This is a video of me squating in my super weight room ! going for 6 reps + the litle box squat at the beginning with 315 lbs (as you can see the bars is full)its the max i can put ! my technique suck and its dangerous to squat where i squat !!!

  • your using your back to squat, reasearch proper form, save youself from injury, you will lift alot more, and properly build huge quads

  • strong, but remember to drive the hips, so it wouldn't become a good morning on the way up

  • that was not really easy !
