But you know what I'm saying. I'll give you that he IS being lazy, but I was simply making the point that maybe he teaches this way. Maybe HE thinks it's efficient. I personally don't give a shit about this video.
-
Fast does not always equal efficient. I'm not responding to the video directly with this, but I'm responding directly to YOU and YOUR response.
Playing it at a good tempo and UNRUSHED, would make this video maybe a minute longer at most, meaning it'd be 2 minutes long. I'm SURE the uploader did not have a gun to his head and could've spared the tiny bit of extra upload time.
Rushed playing shows laziness. I'm sure the poster is a better than he showed in this video. fast =/= efficient here.

Why does it matter the you're a teacher, they can be wrong too. Fast IS efficient when you're posting it on YOUTUBE. DL the video and slow it down if you want, but It's for people to learn which notes to hit. THAT'S what he's showing. You learn cadence on your own. I've played the piano for more than 20 years, that's hardly a lack of experience. Seriously, think about what you're trying to argue... He's not doing it for entertainment. Ask him. Oh, & don't forget to read the description too. FOOL

... and the chords are WRONG... so go buy the book of Jamie

Im a teacher :) and you cant teach with speed.
Fast is not efficient FOOL, timing is effcient, learn that.
FAST= INEXPERIENCE
-
He's teaching it numb nuts.
**For those of you that actually think that he posting it to entertain you, then.... wow, your beyond ignorant. He's posting only the part you CAN'T learn, the notes!!! When learning the notes you don't learn full speed, why should you teach it that way? Fast = Efficient
-
Too fast !!!
Need more practice to play with groove and enjoy the music...
-
yeah u shud get another up. Just a little slower. But hey i guess people will like it fast aswell. Good job :)
-
heah! This was one of the best I've heard,
but I sure can play this better, and I sing along too:)
Shall try to post a link to mine, when it's out;) Nice work, but you need to job with tempo, and the chords isn't 100% good...
How did you learn this piece?
nice, but way to fast! but thanks for putting it online, now i know the chords! ;-) keep on groovin'...
