What size on the magnet do you use for the big gun? Is 3/16 enough?

@TheMadMedek I'm going to wait to see what the official model looks like before I try any conversions, recent GW kits have been exemplary so I'm hoping the Stalker will continue that trend!

I have found a great Idea for the stalker since there is no model. The ghost ark rear is perfect. Do not add the front park add some legs coming out of the vents and it looks dead on the artwork from the codex!. I want to do it bad however I dunno if the price of the model is worth it for making a stalker.

could you explain where you placed the magnets for the Doomsday Ark cannon? trying to do this same exact thing, but can't see if you magnetized the cannon on the bottom or on the end. excellent video, thanks for posting!
Hi again, its been bugging me for a while with my own paints, but how do YOU paint on your gold? how do you get it so perfect, step by step, id be very grateful

@cmuhley Believe it or not it's usually extremely simple: Shining Gold basecoat (sometimes over a dark brown base if it's on white priming), heavy wash with Devlan Mud, highlight just little edges with Shining Gold again.

@EldarCorsair Thankyou ever so much, it's for my Lychguard you see, and i sprayed them black first though, if that's correct?

@cmuhley For sure, I always prime my Necrons black to start. Good luck with your painting!

Hey EC what did you do with the warriors that came in the Ghost Ark kit? Can they be turned into warriors like DE raider crew can be used as normal models? Objective markers perhaps?

@originalAoitora You could use them for little conversions perhaps but they are unfortunately all the same - folded arms molded to the chest, limbs missing, etc.
