On July 28th 2001, Michael & Remo were married on the beach in Cherry Grove, on Fire Island, New York, USA by Father Charles Whipple surrounded by loving family and friends.
At first their marriage was purely symbolic, but later it was sanctioned by the Episcopal Church but not by the State of New York. This line on their marriage certificate is crossed out.
Since then, the issue of same-sex marriage has come to the forefront throughout the USA and much of the world. In this film we share our personal experience to show you what it's really all about: LOVE!
We offer this film of one of the happiest days of our lives to encourage and support those who are working towards freedom and justice for GLBT people everywhere and those who support us.
And especially for everyone who believes in LOVE.

nice tuxes boys LOL! nah i'm gay too i think, more like bi with a preferance for guys... girls can be very beautiful, soft and supple... but a big guy just makes me MELT i can't describe it it's the best feeling ever. well, i'm preaching to the choir i guess! hopefully by the time i've found a guy to be with forever marrying him will be legal wherever i'm living.

@fheisk Thanks friend. Hope you find that special person. They just legalized same-sex marriage in NY, so we'll have to go back and do it again!

Congratulations guys that was awesome on Fire Island no less...LOL, very campy and a day filled with love and fun making memories....
Love is Magical when you find it and I wish you both nothing but happiness as you both journey through life together...
