How to catch Arceus in Red/Blue

YES, this is a hack. Doing all of this nonsense will not actually get you an Arceus. (Well, unless you hack and use cheat codes the exact same way...)
Stuff you guys need to stop asking me about:
- How I did it. Seriously, I have it in the description and I made a video about it, and you STILL ask that.
- Where you can get this hack. It's not a hack by itself. The Arceus is by no means permanent and I changed its name/level using Gameshark codes. The Dunsparce overworld sprites were permanent, but that's literally the only thing that was different from a normal copy of Blue.
And for those of you who want to know how I did this:
1. I made the Arceus sprite in MS Paint and saved it as a gif.
2. I inserted the sprite in a Silver ROM in place of Ho-Oh's sprite (I haven't found a program that inserts sprites into R/B/Y ROMs.)
3. I encountered a Ho-Oh using a cheat code so the sprite would appear
4. I saved the memory dump at line 9000 at a size of 310.
5. I loaded the dump into a Blue ROM at the black screen of the battle with Jemo.

@volcomvurt23 There are certain emulators that allow linking between each other. VBA is your best bet for that as far as I know.
