Now, you're losing me totally. The published COLB was only ever called a "fraud" by the anonymous bloggers. The original KOS poster created a mocking "fraud" of the original just to irritate the idiots, who predictably (and hilariously) yelled "Fraud!"

As for Berg's other assumptions, they are just that. He has nothing but allegations and speculations, wrapped in an official-looking document any paralegal could produce at home.
