To see a wonderful example of the use of the, State of West Virginia's Signature Signing Machine, look at the photos on the page:
"Governor's Arts Awards 2010"
Google indicates that it is very popular, let's make it number one.
Brilliant move! "li'l-hyphen".

Google "Randall Reid-Smith".
Is Narcissistic Nancy, "li'l-hyphen", now paying someone to put his useless, out of date webpages, at the top of the Google search list?
"Cultural Center to host free recital by tenor soloist Randall Reid ..."
This is dated March 9, 2001.
Who is looking at this? Could it be the Feds?
Who is he trying to fool, and WHO is PAYING for this?
THE TAXPAYERS?

Is Randall Reid-Smith, the so called, "commissioner" of West Virginia Division of Culture and History going to be at the "March to Save Blair Mountain"?
Under his "leadership" Blair Mountain was removed from the National Register.
Unbelievable? YES!
The march is going to held June 6, 2011.
Maybe he will "sing" "Country Roads"?
Even better yet, he may force his "underlings" (state employees) to volunteer for the event.

The Battle of Blair Mt., was the largest armed confrontation in U.S. labor history. US troops FORCED the miners to return home.
The March on Blair Mt. commemorates the 90th anniversary of the Battle of Blair Mountain in 1921, when 10,000 coal miners rose against the rule of the coal operators and fought for the basic right to live and work in decent conditions. Currently, Blair Mt. is threatened with obliteration by mountaintop removal (MTR) mining.

FYI.
Here is what has gone on under "li'l-hyphen's dictatorship, as I understand it after talking to some of the players.
Nov. 5, 2007: West Virginia Archives and History Director Fred Armstrong was abruptly fired, without notice, on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007, by Culture and History Commissioner Randall Reid-Smith AKA "li'l-hyphen" after 30 years with the state government and 22 years as the Archives Director, according to The Charleston Gazette.

Armstrong said his firing letter ordered him "to vacate the building immediately," and said that he was offended to be escorted out of the building by a security officer. "For all these years, I could be trusted with all the state's valuable records," Armstrong said, "but when it comes time to leave, they have to have a security guard escort me."
