Marshmallow Fondant Recipe

Tools:
Microwave-safe bowl
Spatula/Spoon

Ingredients:
10oz. Kraft marshmallows
1lb. confectioner's/powder sugar
2-6 tbs. water (more for drier days & less for moist days)

Microwave the marshmallows for 30 seconds. After the first increment, add 2 tablespons of water. Stir thoroghly. Microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir the microwaved marshmallows.

Using solid vegetable shortening, grease the surface. Spread 1lb. confectioner's/powder sugar on the surface. Pour the melted marshmallows over the sugar. Knead.

To store, lightly spread solid vegetable shortening around the marshmallow fondant. Wrap with clear plastic wrap and put it in a reusable container (ex. Ziploc container)
