Paula--Dallas Health Care Rally 10/14/09

Like many people who participate in rallies for REAL health care reform, Paula and her family are covered--today. However, she is not so short-sighted as not to realize that someday, if things continue in the direction that they are going today, she may not be so fortunate. As Paula notes: "It (the crisis) will touch us all one day." You could even say that the health care crisis already does touch us all. The AHIP report has already threatened us that they will continue to spike the rates for premiums. The only protection that Americans have for keeping the greed of the health care insurance industry at bay is a STRONG public option. Without it, they have no incentive to keep their fees in check.
