I live in the area, and yes, the Edgewood McDonald's is pretty awful in both service and food quality.  They fail at making a cup of coffee, and often claim that they are "out" of coffee so that they don't have to make them. The WalMart McDonald's is a bit better. By the way, Sonic just opened in Edgewood a week ago. Guess how busy they are? :)

This place is notorious for its extra super slow service. If you're in a hurry, schedule in an extra 7-10 minutes to give them time to hold back your order—even if you're the only customer in sight. Then get ready for a nice cold burger with unmelted cheese, or a fish filet without sauce and yes, they forgot the napkin or straw again! This place is a passive agressive rage pit staffed by morons who don't want your business. The building should be torched into the speed bump it was born to be.

Really? How do u know about the play ground did u get ur fat ass up there? And were is the other cheese burger?? And did u smell the bleach dude ur a fake!!!! Find sonething better to do. Get a life and a new job cause u suck at this one. Ur slide shows and videos suck!!!!!

I agree. This is the worst McDs ever. We've been about 10 times (as we live only 5 miles away) and it doesn't matter if its drive thru or dine in .. everytime was awful. It took my dumb butt 10 times to finally get it but from now on either the McDs in Wal-Mart or we drive to Moriarty.
