A simple recipe I got from an Italian restaurant in Brisbane,Santos pizzeria.3 cups plain flour-1/2 cup good white wine-1 cup water-1 teaspoon salt-2 tablespoons of olive oil-1 1/2 teaspoons of dried yeast, mix well and knead for 5-10 mins(add more flour as you knead if the mix is too wet).Prove in a covered/oiled bowl for at-least 45 mins.Roll to desired thickness(spin if you have the ability)prick the base with a fork to stop the base lifting off the pan when cooking. Will post the sauce recipe when I make my next batch, also have a few sauce recipes that I will post when I make them as well.

  • @Anthony82949 I don't think it matters, the yeast makes it rise.It may mix better sifted though.

  • is it best to sieve the flour?

  • @hotestlilgrl the recipe is printed in the description section.Just expand the text bar to read it.Be sure to use a white wine you will drink or it tastes like crap :)
