and i didnt file the black thing.. i just explained where to file to.. until you see the black rubber.

Yes. The metal pin will crack the ink vials if you try to just pry the two pieces apart.

Burn the top of the pointy side with a lighter until you see a silver thing, make sure there is enough room for it to fall out and use tweezers to pull it out. So easy especially if you dont have tools

Thanks. I used the little Dremel circular saw and sliced right down to the metal cylinder. The whole thing fell apart and popped off while leaving the ink vials intact.
