im a vulnerable something cause one night i kept seeing thesr fireflys and they were determined unlike alot of the eco system the bees are humming awsy due to mans destruction but the firefly i looked at them and i said i must go home and play this by the temps casue how many jorneys did they light u for us in our darkness especiall with just the moon and stars there probably would not have been an underground railroad or freedom thank you FIREFLY!!! love and im out sis jalilah

I was at FAMU in 1975 when this came out. It was an instant hit that swept the campus like a wildfire. Firefly was played in every dorm, at every party and by the 100. What wonderful memories this song brings back.
