The trick is to use it after your opponent's attack is out. @.@;

Using a counter super when your opponent is still stunned from your own attack.
Now there's a strategy I've never thought of...

Sticks aren't the number one thing for fighting games. Look at fanatiq, and all those guys who use Hit Boxes, which are actually 10x better than using a stick since it's a bajillion times more accurate.
