@reapfreak Some individuals are born with a higher IQ then others, but it has been proven that no one group has a higher IQ then other groups. This was proven by studies done with blacks in Congo and blacks in Atlanta. The blacks in Congo did significantly worse than the blacks in Atlanta who came from upper middle class enviornments. So, nurture, enviornment, is very important. Jewish people in Russia back in the 1700s and 1800s did poorly in poor enviornments.
