The Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo is one of the most brutal and deadly rodeos in the world. 2009 was no exception.

Bob Budd, chairman of CFD's so-called "Animal Care Committee," claims only seven animals received veterinary care. This second of a four-part video series shows 14 animals injured, while the entire series will show 35 animals injured.

SHARK is encouraging caring veterinarians to post their thoughts on the true number of animals that should have been attended by a veterinarian.

  • You're trying to get people to boycott the sponsors and rodeos, yet your "videographers" and "reporters" are buying tickets to CFD, eating, drinking and more than likely enjoying the midway when they aren't shooting your incriminating footage. So in the end, you're still supporting CFD. Thank you :)

  • @8luggertugger Don't eat the 'food' don't 'enjoy the midway'. There's nothing healthy or entertaining about any venue where animals are routinely harassed, injured and even killed for yahoo entertainment. For every ticket we buy to film and release the evidence of abuse, we hear from people daily who will no longer go or even go for the first time to a rodeo, therefore our tickets cost the rodeo money.

  • i know that but not only me but a frind of mine was in the ol cheyene and all i saw was guys helpin them

ya they get hurt but things happen and no thy dont get killed for it they help them i have seen it first hand

  • @redger10490 And our video proof shows animals being injured and killed for entertainment.

  • this is bull shit all there doing is showing the axadents there are not that many most animals make it just fine some times they get hurt

  • @redger10490 ""some times they get hurt"" And when nothing is done to prevent animals from being hurt, that takes the accident excuse out of the equation. It becomes indifference towards the animals' health and welfare.
