The second episode reiterates many of the ideas of the first, but develops the theme that drugs such as Prozac and lists of psychological symptoms which might indicate anxiety or depression were being used to 'normalise behaviour' in an attempt to 'make' humans behave more predictably, like machines.

  • Observing one fight is anecdotal and not scientific.

    Some of this sounds like social darwinism.

    That politicians are self-interested and beaurocrats are careerists is common knowledge. They're forced to comply with the people by democracy, albeit very limited. How about some functional democracy? How about no more state capitalism? There's a radical theory we might try.
