  • I think it may work on Mac. I did a google search and came across the freestyler support forum and saw a few post on it. I did see a link to download the software on one of the post.

  • how about latancy, if i plug in about 10-12 fixtures?

  • @ulaev You may not have a problem but I have never used this controller with more than 5 lights. You might want to send a email to Guselectronics and ask them. They did tell me that if I ever had any questions to contact them directly.

  • yoo, I was thinking about getting one of these, but how would I connect two different types of lights? Like a set of par cans and a set of moving heads? Would I need two USB to DMX interfaces?

  • @VeggieXD I'm thinking it would work but you may need to pick what channel the 2nd set of lights will be on. I may be wrong because I have never tried to hook two different set of lights at the same time from the same DMX controller. You may want to ask this question to GusElectronics. They posted a comment below 1 month ago to this video saying if I had any questions to ask them directly. Hope this helps.

  • @VeggieXD I forgot....Yes this should work. You may need to get a DMX Splitter. The DMX Splitter box will allow you to run multiple lights on 1 DMX controller without having to loop out all of your DMX cables all over the room.
