Im having trouble with this, I just can't find any reliable study on whether or not this works. I've seen plenty of personal testimony, but I need something more then that to get me to wean off medicine and try this. I don't want to spend 200+ bucks a month on snake oil. This sucks, if anyone can give me more info then please do because I don't want to be stuck on 4 medications for life beginning at 18 years old and Im soon to be 19.
