@Singlpilot Correct. The easy way for me to remember this stuff is that if you are in a 'major key' like E, except you have the VII chord (D), then play the mixolydian which has a flat 7th tone.

@25Bees It would actually be closer to A major...Its a modal E run...Mixolydian...They share siimlar intervals..
