  • How's that CAD? musiciansfriend got them for 40 bucks now but I heard mixed reviews.

  • Hey thanks for the comment. The CAD is a great microphone, especially for the kick drum. Although you see it in this video for bass, we ended up not using the bass track because it was a bit too boomy. But the mic is phenomenal for bringing out low freq's in kick drum. Highly recommend for drummers. We use this mic on the kick for both recording and live situations and it sounds great! Hope that helps!
