Metal is metal guys so quit the hate on other bands.The only thing that matters is the beautiful power and drive behind the lyrics and the lovely lovely brutality which makes us all so fucking happy. So, in other words, who cares if its death metal or powermetal or even folk metal, the point behind it is that we all have good taste in music because its still metal, sub-genre or not. Just be happy its not jennifer fucking lopez or something. then you can complain...

@cameronj279 it is the exact same riff as meshuggah except meshuggah plays it painfully fast. they make me want to punch the nearest asshole in the fucking mouth. but esoteric surgery is essentially the same riff just slowed down to where it makes you angry but it seeps in slowly. meshuggah hits you with 100% right from the get-go, and Gojira will let it slowly build up. i fucking love this genre :D
