  • @rangi344 are you using an excercising mat? you should have a padding like a mat so your back doesn't hurt.

  • Because crunches suck, isolate your core, and get you in worst shape.

    Each crunch you do puts over 800 lbs of pressure on your spine.

    Don't listen to Joe Muscles in fitness magazines, he has been doing steroids since he was like 6 and would have a 6 pack regardless.

    Do posterior/anterior chain work, use all ~30 muscles in your core, work flexibility and range of motion in core/hips, and don't work to exhaustion. Also, work in lower reps (2-10) sometimes 12. And lighter weights.
