@RhiannanNichole The grace and fluidity of the transitions also how you make it look so effortless. Well your moves always look effortless but there's just something about this one. I just got back from visiting my sister who hs a pole, I now have an even greater respect for anyone who performs this art!! My arms and chest are killing me!!!! Congrats on the new site btw!!
