They make alot of references in the fight. At one point someone uses PK Fire or soemthing liek that. :D

This fight is supposed to parody the final fight in Final Fantasy 6, save for the fact that you fight Yukari first and then that freakish morphed abomination of the Saigyouji Akashi afterwards, as apposed to the actual game's final boss. (Fight is the same, the order you fight those bosses is swapped.)
NOTE: This comment is just a comparrison.
