Scooter Down! Old Lady Down!

Just a couple of vids I took while on the road. EDIT: A few people commented that if you pick up the woman she'll expect you to pay her......You joke. But the answer is also very often yes. I once saw an old man lying on the ground with bloody knees. Other people were ignoring him. I helped him up and once I started to help others helped as well. But when I went to leave a guy grabbed me and told me to pay the man. I said I was just helping him and someone else agreed and he let go of my arm.....but still. What would have happened if someone else didn't agree with me?

sad but true, especially in Taiwan and China ~ if you ever see someone down on the road or whatever, take out cellphone, get him/her an ambulance and walk away....
