@Karoke77 glad any trainer ive ever worked with at least has a little muscle definition where as she has 0 as far as proper form she moves them around alot drops her head and bends her back hrmmmmmm real good wonder how much she charges to train people lol

After muscle fatigue in the arms, it is GOOD to go to the knees instead of struggling like a flopping fish.
It is the correct method to continue doing pushups in the proper form for the arms.
