What seperates the rest from the best is good communication . Jennifer is so skilled as a speaker and her work outs are soooooo out of the box . Awesome lady !

@MadeFitTV no where you said fit bodies dont just happen over night but are made.... i ment fit bodies can be lost over night... well over a few nights hehe i found this after not eating properly and healthy after my operation on my mouth :( i cant wait to get bac kin the gym though and start eating good again

I'm going to admit that I didn't hear a word you said because I was staring at your biceps..... lol You look great.
Looks really good and great for the holidays. Instead of using coolwhip would it be possible to use fat free yogurt or fat free ricotta? Might make it cleaner with less sugar. Would be curious to hear answers thank you.

@LYDFitness Glad you like the recipe! All dairy contains sugar. The cool whip has about 2g per tbsp, so not that much. But, you can use whatever you want based on your liking : ) Go for it!

Instead of dipping chocolate in fruit, I use cocoa powder mixed with some sugar substitute and some milk powder. then I simply "dip" the fruit into the mixture and it way lower in calories than regular chocolate!
