OMG That is so funny...I loved 'Melancholia' Gave it five bagels out of five. Thought it was a masterpiece. My husband (creator by the way of the cult classic films 'Faces Of Death) and the other reviewer, missed its brilliance.

@maurabazzarelli You are just an idiot. Come to Austria and I'll take you to a concentration camp tour, there's one 20km from where I live. There is no difference to be accepted in the quotes "I understand Hitler", things are what they are. Relativizing it just goes to show how little you know about this subject, yet I should somehow become the target for stating the obvious once it goes against your shallow mind and experience. Farewell.

@maurabazzarelli And it doesn't matter how much lipstick you slap on it, it's still a pig. He's still endorsing genocide, anti-semitism and ethnical cleansing, and SO ARE YOU. Say what you will, but be accountable for the consequences, that's the UN Bill of Rights, even more so on a private institution. You can twist it as much as you want to, standing behind this is akin to standing behind genocidal behavior. The day this becomes relative, is the day it's allowed to come back.

@fescolfaro I'm totally for healthy discussions on any subject matter. I mean neither to impose my points of view, nor to carry on with an argument if the other part can't show the least respect for different opinions. But it seems pretty reasonable for someone like you, since it's part of the nazi/fascist ideals and every other authoritarian ideology (left or right-wing, it doesn't matter) not to accept differences. Now, if you'll excuse me, have a nice evening.

@maurabazzarelli The nazi is up there in the video. Those defending him, like you, are the ones who should concern themselves with whether they are nazis or not. He's had his freedom of speech and he blew it, exactly as it's observed in the UN Bill of Rights. If you had disagreed in a respectful manner, I wouldn't reply to you calling you out for the cunt you are. You are the self righteous bitch here, who's reached another logical apex by calling me a nazi for being against nazis...

@fescolfaro I never said that the UN and Human Rights were left-wing bullshit. But I do think that mentioning the UN and Human Rights in THIS case sounds like left-wing, "politically correct" crap. You're so obsessed with your opinion that you refuse to argue without sounding like a self-righteous bitch. You won't prove anything with your swearing and treating your opposers with authoritarian manners and words. You sound like a total nazi and you're so damn incoherent you don't even realize it.

@maurabazzarelli By the way, fascism is a lot closer to someone who thinks the "UN Bill of Rights" and the "Declaration of the Rights of Man and of The Citizien" are "left-wing bullshit". It's also a lot closer to someone who stands behind some blasé filmmaker eager for attention and friendly to the nazi ideal. Ideal which, BTW, was developed almost together with FASCISM, both LEFT-WING labor movements. Go read about your "terms" before you assume you can juggle with them.
I respect Lars von Trier but the Cannes jury is such a pain in the ass.
