As far as I know, I was the first one to get Ron Paul's neo-conned speech online. And, as far as I know, the videos have not been removed.

Anyway, the fasces is also a symbol for personified jutice, that's why the fascists used it, plus it was a Roman symbol of authority and that's why it's in the American Senate.
