Dr. Whooves Episode 1 Storyboard

FINALLY, after two months of sitting on my computer drive I was able to get back to this little gem. I did everything in my power to make it more interesting to watch this time around and hopefully it all payed off. I will try to get to the refined stages tomorrow and hopefully have something to show for it soon enough!

Just an idea when Derpy reactds to "muffins" You should have a muffin background sort of like how the CMC changed the background when they talked about talents in the talet show episode.

And most of all, he's more aggressive, not quiet so gentle. So, I can imagine a response like "Well, YOU write a better script", and I'd take that challenge. Except at this point I think it'd be more like "it would be hard enough to follow along BEFORE we started, but we're already 4 episodes in, no way in heck is it gonna change now."

The doctor talks faster, more scientificy, more random, and usually he's not so content to stay in one place. I think normally his episodes come form him trying to show someone something cool in the universe, IIRC, he never really intends to get involved in big things, and usually he only stays someplace because there's a mystery.

Like, say he comes AFTER the celebration, and it's night. Always night, he stops in town to get something, and finds out what's happened.

@Phantomilian Considering that earth has variants of certain species which he could be familiar with that can talk he shouldnt be surprised by finding another species that looks very similar to an earth variety. I agree with your point that he shouldnt be surprised.

@YouPersonYouFilms Well it's not about the species. It's about the level of intelligence a species has. Those species you are talking about were intelligent and were capable of speech. However, the horses that he is familiar with aren't. You could say "Well given all he has seen, he shouldn't have been surprised". But that's as far as I'd go.

@Phantomilian I see the logic, but I would have to say that perhaps the flaw is not the species, after all, the shadow proclamation is a bunch of rhinoceros (rhinocerosi?) and they had some kind of fast paced conversation, there is also the nurse cats of new earth who he talks with, also he has that strange thing where he shares thoughts with people.

@YouPersonYouFilms It's not about differences in language. He wasn't expecting a pony (Equus) to be able to speak because the ones he is familiar with aren't capable of complex (or even simple) spoken language. In other words, 'ponies don't talk'.
