This promo reel for "Krazy Kat" was shot and edited by Bob Deveau. It features Lisa Tucker as Krazy, Elyse Garfinkel as Ignatz Mouse, Larry Coen as Officer Pup, Patrick Sweetman, Jay Bragan, Davis Robinson, and Mimi Jo Katano on ukulele. Original music by Don DiNicola.
Very nicely done—with one (slight) nit: "There Is a Happy Land" already has a melody. Compare the 1850 version by Leonard P. Breedlove.
Original:
There is a happy land far far away
Where saints in glory stand, bright bright as day.
Krazy Kat:
There is a happy land far far away
Where they have ham and eggs, several times a day.
Krazy Kat used this spoof most often, but Mickey Mouse also sang it in a 1932 Disney comic strip (Floyd Gottfredson's "Laundry Blues").

I spent several minutes wishing death and worse things upon this, only to find myself liking it. You should all be ashamed of your collective self.

Jay told me about this production years ago. Cool to actually see a bit of it.

Ignatz looks cute and the production looks imaginative. Krazy Kat is miscast.
