@abethoqua Your like on of these conspiracy theorist's I see on TRUtv. Cultural or Societal? We both know its cultural. But society is easier to blame. 318 murders in Philly 2011. 298 by blacks. 18 by whites, and 2 by asians. Hispanics count as white so say 9 and 9. Surely the asians and hispanics are at more of a disadvantage than blacks as they are immigrants; and most of them very poor. But somehow blacks manage to come out on top...Its Cultural, not societal. Wake up black GIRL!
