Wow over a month to make cheese! The shit people take for granted when they walk into a grocery store. I work in one and once a fat woman was completely piss that we were out of butter and all i could think was 'you know, kids are starving around the world and you upset you don't have a brick of fat.' lol

He used 2 gallons of milk and only got that little disc of cheese? Where I shop, milk costs $4/gallon. Eight bucks plus the cost of other supplies makes the resulting small amount of cheese prohibitively expensive.

What was that? Stir the turds around you say?

Nice basic cheese making film, but you didn't do the "Cheddaring" process (something you can look into and try the next time). That's what makes makes the cheese "Cheddar Cheese".

eliminate black heads forever? whats that have to do with cheddar... oh wait...

So when u get rid of the wax after a month, how long before the cheese goes off?

don't use that junket rennet man. Actually it is not rennet at all
UFOENGINE 3 months ago
@UFOENGINE wait, why not? Our speaker seemed pretty sure of himself, and the box said rennet on it.

@VELOC1RAPT0R because junket itself is a soft custardy desert. The coagulation had to be slow, and not much rennet added. Well, u can use it yes and not, but that rennet is weaker. Personally, I would use primary animal rennet, or vegetable lol

@UFOENGINE Well to be fair this was supposed to be how to make it quickly. His was over the course of a few days
