  • @UFOENGINE wait, why not? Our speaker seemed pretty sure of himself, and the box said rennet on it.

  • @VELOC1RAPT0R because junket itself is a soft custardy desert. The coagulation had to be slow, and not much rennet added. Well, u can use it yes and not, but that rennet is weaker. Personally, I would use primary animal rennet, or vegetable lol

  • He used 2 gallons of milk and only got that little disc of cheese? Where I shop, milk costs $4/gallon. Eight bucks plus the cost of other supplies makes the resulting small amount of cheese prohibitively expensive.

  • Nice basic cheese making film, but you didn't do the "Cheddaring" process (something you can look into and try the next time). That's what makes makes the cheese "Cheddar Cheese".
