** Recipe included in my new low carb, gluten free cookbook, Low Carbing Among Friends. Please check it out at our website @ http://www.amongfriends.us **
In partnership with FaveDiets ( http://www.FaveDiets.com ) recipe site, I was watching America's Test Kitchen recently when they had this white pizza sauce recipe on it. It looked phenomenal and only required minimal changes to make it low carb. I think my results were very good, and my daughter's friend declared it to be her new favorite pizza.
This recipe has Ricotta cheese in it, so it would not be Induction Friendly. If you are still on Induction, I would suggest using the Alfredo Sauce from my Chicken Broccoli Alfredo video. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xLQT_wcyQpk) That sauce would be enough to make 3 pizzas.

@Brinxas Thanks for subscribing, and if I can help or provide recipes to give you new looks to old favorites, I am glad I can help. The worst part of starting a low carb lifestyle 8 years ago was staring into the fridge and not knowing what to make. If I can make it easier for others or at least give inspiration to their creativity, I am happy to do it.

Great recipe. It came out too thin and runny for a cookie sheet, so I used several non-stick cake pans instead (only thing I had with a 'lip'). I'll probably buy a couple of pizza pans now that I can have pizza! Thanks!!!

@angelpower18 I have always learned not to blame my cookware for my inadequacy, and if I can do it with my broken bowls, anybody can. :-)
