I've read a lot of information on ear infections on infants, is it more common compared with adults? I think that people should be more aware of ear infections, because I've know people that have complications and really suffer a lot (because ear controls some balance functions while we walk). Very interesting video and if interested you can visit Symposier site and share it with our Medical community, thanks!.

Ear infections occur more when we are young because the Eustachian tubes are still horizontal and fluid can not drain properly. The fluid build-up is a breeding ground for infection. As we grow, the Eustachian tubes become vertical and gravity helps the draining process, so infections occur less frequently.
Thanks for you question & kind words. We would love to share this video with the Symposier community. How do we do so?
Thanks!
