I suggest you do away with the sinsky on delivery...just use an irrigating vectis...fill the chamber w visco..then slide the vectis under the nucleus...then gently pull the vectis toward the wound while doing 2 things....countertraction at 6:00 with the left had holding sclera with a .3 mm toothed forceps...and gentle squirts of bss into the chamber from the irrigating vectus...also press gently on the lower lip of wound to open the valve...it works...

tell me how can you delive the nuclous without touch the endothelium please

Very simple and easy
1-The nucleaus floating in AC in in sandwitch between Visco above it to protect the endothelium and below it to get the iris plan posteriorly
2-While delivery my assestance will be pulling on the SR bridle suture thus will open the posterior lip of my wound to make it more wide
3-I do deliver the nucleas with 2 mahines, scope below and sinesky above so while deleivery i express with the scope posterior to be sure i am away of the endothelium

i agree it was a bit deep, though there were no prolapse of iris root or cb, and i managed by making my tunnel superficial to it....so that i dont have premature ac entry
