FACEBOOK:
When 19 year old Rodney Bradford typed in the phrase "Where's my pancakes" on his Facebook status, never in his wildest dream had he an idea of just how important that comment would be for him. Because just the next day, he was arrested. The authorities picked him up as a suspect in a robbery.

However, when his defense lawyer told a Brooklyn assistant district attorney about the entry, which was made at the same time of the robbery, and the district attorney subpoenaed Facebook, who they verified that status update, Mr. Bradford's charges were dropped. You see the status update had actually been typed from a computer located miles away in Harlem.

KATT WILLIAMS:
Katt Williams was not burglarizing anyone and his arrest for same is totally bogus — according to Katts lawyer.

William Briggs told TMZ that Katt was in Georgia shooting a movie, staying at the property of a friend and the movies producer, Barry Hankerson.

Briggs says the reason his client was busted is because he was involved in a dispute with one of Barrys employees who lives in the guesthouse. The vengeful employee called the cops and reported a faux burglary, Briggs says. Briggs adds Katt had full permission to be on the property and has been staying there for the last 3 weeks.
