Rescue Robots - Meet the Robots

Rescue Robots was a game show that was made by the creators of Robot Wars and Techno Games. It was like a crossover of Thunderbirds and The Crystal Maze.

The idea came from Adam Clark who won the best design award with his robot 259 in Robot Wars The 6th War.

It was first shown on CITV in 2003 and was presented by Anna Williamson. There were supposed to be 15 episodes but only 7 were broadcasted.

All the robots were build on Vue Esprit.

The computer scenes? Well one of the textures I have on Vue Esprit is a cage effect. I then changed the colour and then animated the robots spinning on the spot to give that computer effect. The computer screen was done on my editing software Pinnacle.
