one thing for sure, when there's a software upgrade. It take less time to upgrade as all running equal. We talking about Salesforce own crm,cms,erp,hrm and etc. Its possible there are security flaw on the software, but it difficult to find one.

I don't fully agree with the more security aspect. If a security flaw is found in an application then that means that all businesses using that application suffer from that flaw.

Cloud computing would be a menace to privacy. My data, or my business's data, should be kept between me and my business. Not me, my business, and my cloud provider.
I don't trust my ISP, my government, or software companies to keep my information private. Why should i trust cloud providers?
