Robb Beams of AEM, Inc. (greatraces.net & motoendurance.net) discusses what a trigger point is, how they are created within the soft tissue and how to effectively remove them to improve your range of motion and decrease muscle tenderness. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aeWhh1LAFMU
Ive havn't run for two weeks due to ITB and I tried yesterday and couldn't run 1km. I used a rolling pin for this method last night. This morning i woke up and i couldn't feel any tightness or pain in the itb area. I am going to do this again tonight and maybe try a few km tomorrow. So far, this is awesome. Also i am targeting all of my low limb muscles and finding all sorts of knots and trigger points. I'm such a mess. Thanks for this video!!!!!!
