My parents went to see him perform in Middlesbrough, north east England. My mum said he was mesmerising and there wasn't a woman in the house that night who didn't fall in love.
It must have been quite something.

This was lovely. Thank you for not setting it to Swan Lake. This is the second tribute in which I have seen that pic of a very young, very beautiful Bela (the first pic in this tribute). What is that from? And more importantly, how can I get a copy?

Great music, thank you. Bela Lugosi was great at what he did. His tragic decline shows how Hollywood took the best of someone and then toosed them aside.

Wonderfully done; the music provides a classical and dreamlike touch to your tribute, and when I think of Béla, I think of both feelings. The pictures you chose are of course lovely (being the man himself and all), and even though I'm not much for slideshows, I definitely enjoyed this one. :) Great job!

I think it would've been great if there were pictures of Bela's Ygor, Frankenstein monster and Sayer of the Law.
