Muzzle Flash Tutorial Sony Vegas

This video will show you a easy way to create muzzle flashes in Sony Vegas Movie Studio
(This works better and is easier in the pro version of sony vegas, when I have a couple hundred to drop on that software I will do another video for that then)

I understand that this is not the most professional looking method but It will work for DIY filmmakers.

I downloaded a file from detonation films and when I try to put the clips into vegas 8, A. I can't change their format so that I can put them into Vegas (it comes in an "unsupported format") and B.my computer says that the file is potentially harmful. HELP??
