Gears of war Execution error fix

I tried to play Gears of War and it gave me this error. I researched online and saw a crazy solution but i tried it and it works. Just follow the Stuff that i do on my Video and it should fix it! LEAVE FEEDBACK

I do this and it all works but then I can't sign into LIVE :\

microsoft fixed the error so do not set your time back at all. go online and find games for windows live 3.0 setup or something along those live

damn!!! my game crashes every time i start or anything about campaign. it says runtime error. but in versus it runs well
