  • hi, congrats on your future surgery. I actually think that you might be able to eat 1/4 of tat rib.LOL. Check and see if it has sugar because most barbque sauces have sugar. You should not eat more that 8 grams of it or you will dump. Good luck and we will be looking forward to your videos.

  • Well in that case it might not be that great.....I am having gastric sleeve....so dumping syndrome is a maybe for me......Either way there are 25 grams of sugar in one....so 1/2 would be 12....and if you guys are right and I can only eat a 1/4 than it's only 6/7grams of sugar...Not so bad right?.... ;P

  • those riblets are coated with too much sugary syrup. I mean at first I thought it was okay but after a few bites I thought they were gross.

  • morning star riblets are soooooooooooooo good....

  • OMG! This is so cool! I can't eat a lot of meat because it makes me really sick feeling, so I try to aim more vegetarian too. These sound SO good! I'm totally trying them next time I go to the store!! Thanks so much! I love Morning Star.

  • OH MY I am totally going to need to go out and look for those!!!!!! I totally have been craving a McRib LMAO!!!!!! YUMO!!!!!!!! TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!!

  • LOL You're so funny!! Yeah, I get angry at myself, cuz I never think about doing a video when I have makeup on and lookin all cute. It's always when I look like poo and in my chillax clothes, and no makeup and sometimes hair all a mess. But, everyone here is soooo nice, I don't think anyone cares!! :) Thanks for the tip, I used to LOVE McRibs!! LOL

  • Yum! I eat the chick'n stuffers that are fake meat (they're stuffed with ham and cheese or broccoli and cheddar ) and they're 20+ grams of protein each. But, I agree, you'll probably only be able to each 1/4 of one of them - at least for the first few month. Oh, the only other thing is that my NUT says that we should eat one animal product per day, because the protein is more accessible to our bodies than soy protein. Just a thought! Thanks for entering!!
