  • sheesh, by the time it got to Ben & Jerrys I was practically licking the screen!!!!....so, basically eat air sandwiches (but without the bread obviously) 24/7 and live long and healthy?? erm, thanks but ill pass if you dont mind, and speaking of pass, can someone pass me the Ben & Jerrys?

  • No sense. Milk, cheese??? Dont eat ? What is wrong with milk? Are you crazy or just uneducated?

  • @keizersoze1 apparently that's the idea--eat nothing you ever wanted to eat or drink nothing you ever felt you liked to drink-----

  • so, basically, you are saying IF IT TASTES GOOD SPIT IT OUT------That makes life unenjoyable to be afraid to eat anything

  • milk is very high in nutrition especially RAW MILK!!!!

  • The REAL foods to restrict or avoid for a healthy diet:

    Beer, gravy, cake, donuts, cupcakes, energy drinks, mayonnaise (they got one right), soda.

    There are a lot of junk foods you can cut out, that you really don't need to eat, so you can still have milk and peanut butter.

  • No milk, no cheese? Those are good sources of calcium, makes bones strong; and protein. Peanut butter is another good source of protein, and the fat it contains is the healthy kind.

    Eat real food, not supplements.

    I eat most of those foods (no mayo, very little ice cream or potato chips, but lots of the rest), and I'm slim and healthy.

    If you try this diet, YOU WILL FAIL, because you won't want to stay on it.

  • and eat what? Leaves? Thousands of years of evolution didn't give me incisors and canines for no reason. In fact man developed his higher brain function only AFTER he started eating high quality proteins. And just because SOME ethnic groups no longer produce lactase (the enzyme that breaks down lactose in dairy) after weaning, several others are quite well adapted to eating dairy which provides an abundance of calcium and other essential minerals. I wouldn't normally eat ground oyster shells.
