Hopefully I'll remember that the next time I do a video, thanks. Meanwhile, the answer to your question is in the reply comments to jakem1900 & The12rspc on this thread.

@sf4JC yeah that's what i meant.
BTW: maybe you should give some more info about the glider your flying and the tow plane...
-
If you're talking about the tips of the wings, I believe maybe you are correct on most gliders in real life. In the sim, only WinchX! simulates this for you. Is that what you were asking?
-
that's weird someone has to hold the tip up when it's taking of (am i right?)
-
Are you asking about the yawstring? If so, it's not downloadable for FSX/FS2004. The aircraft has to be built (the 3D model) for it I believe. But if you can get it to work on any glider as an addon, I would love to have it on others that I have.

I do every once in a while, but haven't for this area, or I don't remember if I have. I'm pretty sure I haven't.
how did you v=change the tow plane

@thecope125 - I edited the fsx.cfg file and added the following two lines to the [SIM] section...
TowPlaneTitle=TowPlane_DROMEDAR
TowPlaneClimbPitch=-10
The TowPlaneTitle is the aircraft you want to do the towing. Also, I saw that you were wondering what TrackIR was. If you are limited on what you can spend on such a device, try FaceTrackNoIR or FreeTrack (both FREE). I use FaceTrackNoIR now, but FreeTrack works with better precision.

@thecope125 - I'm not at home right now to give you exactly where it is, but you have got to have your computer show hidden files so you can find it. But, I believe it is in the C:\ Users\YOUR_SIGN_IN_NAME\AppData\Microsoft\FSX or C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\(Your Windows User Name)\Microsoft\FSX. But it depends on what operating system you are using.
